Thesis on Using Bohm Dialogue to Start a Worker's Cooperative

Google's Knol website returns a few hits for David Bohm.

One of them was a thesis written by B.F. Galbraith about his use of Bohm Dialogue in forming a worker's cooperative. Another article, by the same author is about the effect Bohm Dialogue has had on organization development. Lastly, there is a short article written by Aristo Tacoma based on his interviews with Bohm about Bohm Dialogue.

Bohm Dialogue is a very important experiment but for the most part people promoting it have not stayed true to its vision and many individuals have twisted it into something it's not for what basically amounts to personal gain.
